Opportunity brief

No opponents, no luck: just you and the questions.

Math Sprint is a live online Maths challenge on Mind Race (mindrace.in). Everyone starts together and solves questions one by one, on their own. The questions adapt to you: get them right and they get harder; get stuck and they get easier. Everyone is tested at their own level, and the leaderboard shows who is really the strongest.

When: Saturday, 14 November · 8:00–9:00 PM IST

Subject: Mathematics

Where: Online at mindrace.in, on your phone or laptop Entry: Free, individual

How to take part

  • Register here on Unstop.
  • Important: the event is played on Mind Race, so registering on Unstop alone is not enough. Before 14 Nov, create your free Mind Race account, verify your email and join the event here: mindrace.in/e/FXZNEG?ref=unstop (event code FXZNEG).
  • At 8:00 PM, open the event and press Start.

How it works

  • Answer questions one at a time until 9:00 PM. Each question has its own timer, from 30 seconds for easy ones to 90 seconds for the hardest.
  • Attempt at least 75 questions to be ranked. Skips and time-outs count as attempts. That's under 48 seconds per question, so keep moving.
  • You're ranked by your Mind Score: the skill your answers prove. Hard questions solved count for more, and a careless mistake on an easy one costs a lot. Answering more makes your score more certain, not bigger, so accuracy beats rushing.
  • You can skip at most 1 question in 3. A skip counts as half a wrong answer, and the next question won't be easier.
  • The leaderboard freezes for the last 5 minutes. You can't start after 8:50 PM.

Prizes

  • ₹200 · ₹150 · ₹100 Amazon vouchers
  • A certificate of participation for everyone who attempts 75 questions

Fair play Solve it yourself: no calculator, AI, search engine or help from anyone. One player, one account, one device. We check the timing and accuracy of every answer. Before winners are announced, top players may be asked to solve a few questions live on Google Meet with camera, mic and screen sharing on. Anyone caught cheating loses their result and prize and is banned from Mind Race for 3 days.
