Mayma is hiring for the role of Founding Product Engineering Intern – Mobile & Web! About the Company: At Mayma, you won't be limited to small assigned coding tasks. You'll work on real products, real business problems and real client requirements. You'll be expected to understand the problem, research when necessary, build the solution, test it and take ownership of the result. Responsibilities: Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native or Flutter and develop responsive web interfaces using React/Next.js. Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive and production-ready mobile and web experiences. Develop features including authentication, role-based interfaces, dashboards, forms, workflows, notifications and data-driven screens. Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services and third-party APIs into applications. Work on location-based features, Google Maps integrations, GPS-based workflows and field-operations features where required. Build and maintain business dashboards for real-world applications involving multiple locations, departments and user roles. Work closely with the backend and systems engineer to connect frontend applications with databases, APIs and business workflows. Debug issues, improve performance, test features and take features from development to deployment. Use Git/GitHub and follow clean development, version control and documentation practices. Understand business requirements and independently research and implement solutions instead of relying on step-by-step instructions. Contribute to Mayma's internal products as well as real client projects. Take ownership of assigned product features from idea and development through testing and deployment. Requirements: Candidates with strong hands-on projects, deployed applications or GitHub work will be preferred over candidates with only certifications. Experience building and deploying a real mobile or web application is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies independently. Candidates who can understand a requirement and figure out the technical implementation independently are strongly preferred. Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Software Engineering or related backgrounds preferred, but strong builders from any academic background are welcome. Full-time availability and immediate joining preferred.
