Lenskart is hiring for the role of IT Support Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues raised by plant users.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, industrial applications, and security software.
- Manufacturing Systems & Applications
- Support MES, SCADA/HMI interfaces, SAP/ERP access, and shop-floor automation devices.
- Coordinate with central IT for firewall policies and network security.
- Maintenance & Compliance
- Perform periodic preventive maintenance across plant systems.
- Maintain asset inventory, AMC records, and compliance documentation.
- Support IT audits, data backup, antivirus deployment, and patch compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, user management. - Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs). - Experience supporting manufacturing environments, OT/IT integration (preferred). - Hands-on exposure to industrial peripherals, barcode systems, production terminals. - Familiarity with CCTV, access control, printers, handheld devices. - Good analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. - Ability to prioritize and resolve issues under time pressure.
