Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Someone who doesn't just follow fashion — but has a point of view.
- Someone who knows: why certain shapes work where colour is going what Gen-Z will wear 18 months from now
- Knows how design becomes culture how fashion + AI + intuition can create magic
- Set the vibe and vision for future eyewear drops
- Build collections that make people go "I need that"
- Translate trends into something fresh, premium, and culturally relevant
- Work with creators, designers, brand teams, stores, tech, AI — whoever can help your idea become real
- Help shape launches, storytelling, aesthetics
- Balance fashion instinct with brand strategy
- Think of it as: creative director meets merch brain meets trend whisperer.
