Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing store performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, developing store staff, planning promotional activities, and driving sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and address operational challenges
Requirements:
- Experience in retail operations management and store performance optimization
- Skills in team leadership, staff development, and talent management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple retail locations within the designated zone
- Experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field Retail Leader for North East
