About the Company: Know Your Careers (KYC) is a DIC-BHU and IIT Kanpur-backed startup, recognized by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), dedicated to bridging the gap between students and career opportunities. We collaborate with schools, educators, industry experts, and institutions across India to make quality career guidance accessible to every student. About the Role: As a Business Development Executive (BDE) Intern, you'll expand Know Your Careers' network of partner schools by engaging school decision-makers and driving partnerships from outreach to onboarding. Ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced startup. Responsibilities of the Intern: Reach out to schools via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. Present KYC's initiatives, build relationships, and drive partnerships from outreach to onboarding. Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and handle stakeholder queries. Maintain CRM records and outreach reports. Coordinate with internal teams and represent KYC professionally. What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience in business development, B2B sales, and partnerships. Interest in business development, sales, outreach, or education. A laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection. Internship Structure: The first week is dedicated to onboarding and training. Thereafter, interns are expected to meet assigned responsibilities and KPIs. Performance & Continuation: This is a performance-based internship. Continuation depends on meeting KPIs, following company policies, and maintaining professional conduct.
