About the Company: Know Your Careers (KYC) is a DIC-BHU and IIT Kanpur-backed startup, recognized by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), dedicated to bridging the gap between students and career opportunities and developing innovation ecosystems in schools. We work closely with schools, educators, industry experts, and institutions to make quality career guidance accessible to students across India. Responsibilities of the Intern: Reach out to schools via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels. Present Know Your Careers and its initiatives to school representatives. Build and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and administrators. Schedule meetings between interested schools and the leadership team. Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture partnerships. Maintain accurate outreach records and update the CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication. Represent Know Your Careers professionally in every interaction. What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience in public relations and professional outreach. Internship Certificate upon successful completion. Letter of Recommendation for outstanding performance. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi. Confidence in speaking with professionals over calls. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records. Interest in education, public relations, outreach, or business development. A stable internet connection, a laptop, and a smartphone. Internship Structure: The first week will focus on onboarding, project orientation, and training to familiarize interns with our processes, tools, and expectations. After training, interns will be expected to meet the assigned responsibilities and performance KPIs. Performance & Continuation: This is a performance-driven internship. Interns are expected to consistently meet assigned responsibilities and KPIs. Know Your Careers reserves the right to discontinue the internship if an intern consistently fails to meet performance expectations after training, violates company policies, or engages in unprofessional conduct.
