About the Role: The key areas of focus for this role are Accounts, Finance, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliation, MIS, Taxation, Vendor Management, and preparing various reports with strong planning and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Verify and account for vendor bills. Deduct TDS at applicable rates. Track reimbursements, including Customs Duty, and perform regular reconciliations. Manage sundry debtors, creditors, and advance accounts. Process online statutory payments, including Professional Tax, TDS, ESIC, and PF. Maintain records for TDS, ESIC, PF, and Professional Tax. Process GST payments, file GST returns, and post entries in the books of accounts. Coordinate with banks for RTGS, NEFT, and other banking activities. Deposit cheques, demand drafts, and pay orders, and prepare office expense cheques. Perform daily bank reconciliations. Book salary entries and prepare related reconciliations. Book and capitalize fixed assets. Finalize the trial balance for audit purposes. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants to resolve audit-related queries. Requirements: B.Com or M.Com graduates (freshers are welcome to apply). Good team player. Effective communication skills to interact with subordinates, managers, consultants, vendors, and customers.
