Guidelines:
Eligibility:
- Open to Startups from all sectors.
- Startups in the prototype, launch, or revenue-generating stages are encouraged to participate.
- Student-led startups and aspiring entrepreneurs are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Whether you're just getting started or already scaling your venture, all innovators and founders are welcome to apply.
Event Format:
- Startup Display Booths: Interact with investors and other key players.
- Networking & Matchmaking: Exclusive opportunities to connect with stakeholders.
- Expert Panel Discussions: Hear from experienced entrepreneurs and mentors.
Team Composition:
- Teams can consist of 1-4 members.
- Members can be from different colleges or areas of specialization.
Competition Rounds:
Round 1: Basic Details + Pitch Deck Submission:
- Submit startup details and a comprehensive pitch deck.
- Provide your DPIIT Registration Number (if applicable).
- Submission Deadline: 30th November 2026.
- Shortlisting Criteria: Innovation, scalability, and market potential.
Round 2: Virtual Pitching Round:
- Deliver a 3-minute virtual pitch followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
- Shortlisting Criteria: Clarity, presentation quality, and responsiveness.
- From 3rd December 2026 to 10th December 2026.
Round 3: Finals:
- Finalists will present live at IIT Guwahati on 24th January 2027.

Rules:
- All startups must submit pitch decks during registration.
- Only shortlisted startups will receive booth spaces.
- Timely adherence is critical; missing time slots will result in disqualification.
- Ethical practices are mandatory; violations lead to immediate disqualification.
Evaluation Process:
- Initial Screening: Based on pitch decks.
- Virtual Pitch Round: Live virtual presentations.
- Final Round: Comprehensive evaluation during the in-person event.
NOTE: Accommodation will be provided in the IIT Guwahati Campus under nominal charges. Founders will have the opportunity to engage with investors, incubators, and accelerators during a dedicated networking lunch.
