Consult Quest 2026 is a Pan-IIT management consulting competition where you will tackle a real-world business challenge, develop a strategic solution, and compete for a spot at the Grand Finale at IIT Bombay.
What is Consult Quest?
Step into the shoes of a consultant and:
- Analyse a real-world business problem
- Structure the problem using relevant frameworks
- Identify key insights and opportunities
- Develop a clear, actionable strategy
- Present and defend your recommendations
No prior consulting experience required. Just bring your best thinking.
Competition Structure
Round 1 | Case Submission
1–7 September 2026 | Online
Analyse the given business problem and submit a 3–5 slide solution deck. The strongest teams will advance to the finale.
Round 2 | Grand Finale
October 2026 | IIT Bombay | Offline
Shortlisted teams will present their detailed strategy before a panel of judges and defend their approach through a live Q&A.
