About the Competition
Prod-a-Vista is a national-level business case competition designed to challenge students to think like business leaders, identify real-world business problems, and develop innovative, practical solutions.
The competition will be conducted in three rounds, testing participants on their business knowledge, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, creativity, and presentation skills.
Students from colleges and universities across India are invited to participate and compete for a total prize pool of ₹22,000.
Competition Structure
Round 1: Business Quiz
The first round will be an online quiz designed to assess participants' understanding of business fundamentals, management concepts, marketing, finance, strategy, and general business awareness.
- Participants will compete in teams of 1–2 members.
- The quiz will evaluate business knowledge, conceptual clarity, and analytical thinking.
- Top-performing teams will qualify for the next round.
Round 2: Case Study Submission
Shortlisted teams will receive a business case study presenting a real-world business challenge.
- Teams must analyse the case and identify the key business problems.
- Participants must develop innovative, feasible, and strategically sound solutions.
- Solutions must be submitted in the prescribed format within the given deadline.
- Selected teams will advance to the final round.
Round 3: Final Presentation
The finalist teams will present their proposed solutions before a panel of judges.
- Teams must explain their problem analysis, proposed strategies, and recommendations.
- Participants will be evaluated on their analytical approach, creativity, feasibility, strategic thinking, and presentation skills.
- The judges' decision will determine the final winners.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to students from colleges and universities across India.
- Participation is allowed in teams of 1–2 members.
- Participants must provide accurate academic and registration details.
- Each team must complete the registration process within the stipulated deadline.
Prize Pool
The competition features a total prize pool of ₹22,000.
- 1st Prize: ₹10,000
- 2nd Prize: ₹6,500
- 3rd Prize: ₹5,500
General Guidelines
- Teams must adhere to the prescribed rules and deadlines for every round.
- All submissions must be original and prepared by the participating team.
- Teams must maintain professional conduct throughout the competition.
- Any form of plagiarism, unfair practices, or misrepresentation may lead to disqualification.
- The organising committee reserves the right to make decisions regarding competition proceedings.
- The judges' decision will be final.
