Overview
Think. Decide. Deceive.
The CXO Boardroom Challenge is a strategy and persuasion game where participants step into the shoes of corporate board members. Work together to make critical business decisions while identifying hidden traitors working against the board.
Format
- Participants will be assigned roles as Board Members or Traitors.
- 3 Rounds: Each round presents a business decision with two possible options, A or B.
- Participants discuss, debate, persuade, and vote on the best course of action.
- Traitors must influence decisions without revealing their identities.
- The game concludes with the reveal of roles and evaluation of participants.
Rules
- Follow the instructions and role assigned by the organisers.
- Do not reveal your role unless permitted by the game rules.
- No external assistance or disruptive behaviour is allowed.
- Organiser decisions regarding gameplay and results will be final.
Evaluation
Participants will be evaluated on communication, persuasion, strategic thinking, decision-making, and ability to identify deception.
Eligibility
Open to students from all colleges and specialisations. Team formation and role allocation will be managed by the organisers.
