About the Role: We are hiring Product Interns to join our Product team and contribute directly to the development and evolution of an AI-native wealth management platform. The practice of product management is undergoing a significant shift. AI tools now allow people early in their careers to take on work that previously required years of experience—drafting specifications, synthesizing user feedback, conducting competitive research, building prototypes, and validating product flows. The leverage available to an intern today is unprecedented, and this role is designed around that reality. You will be embedded within the Product team, supporting Product Managers across the full product lifecycle while developing the foundational skills that define a strong product career: product judgment, structured communication, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership. Responsibilities of the Intern: Partner with Product Managers throughout the product lifecycle, contributing to feature scoping, specification, and rollout. Draft and maintain product specifications, user stories, release notes, and internal product communications for review and refinement. Participate in product reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions as a contributing member of the Product team. Use automated and AI-driven frameworks to test new features and flows across web and mobile applications, including functional, frontend, and cross-device testing. Identify gaps in user journeys, unclear flows, and user experience issues during product testing. Maintain clear, reproducible bug reports and contribute to the team's testing standards. Gather and organize user feedback from internal stakeholders, customer support tickets, and user conversations. Use AI tools to synthesize themes, identify patterns, and convert user feedback into actionable product insights. Produce clear and well-structured documentation, including bug reports, research notes, meeting summaries, and decision logs. Use AI tools for drafting, research, analysis, prototyping, and exploration as part of the daily workflow. Benefits: Work in an AI-native environment from day one.
