Escalation: Hand over students who need expert intervention to a counsellor with written context. Reporting: Submit an end-of-day summary of calls attempted, connected, and pending. Requirements: Setup: Own laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection. Disposition: Patience and precision across high-volume repetitive calls.
