HSBC is hiring for the role of AVP - Assoc Rel Support Mgr - BB!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Perform detailed analysis of corporate and SME customers, including transaction trends, financial performance, business operations, and industry analysis. - Interact with clients to collect required information and documentation in accordance with bank requirements for onboarding new customers and renewing existing exposures. - Assist Relationship Managers in responding to client queries, requests, and escalations. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update relevant databases and systems. - Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance checks. - Monitor and follow up on pending activities to ensure timely completion of KYC updates, overdue reviews, document retrievals, and other requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Legal, and other functions to ensure seamless execution of client and banking processes. - Support Relationship Managers and front-end teams by facilitating communication and resolving operational dependencies. - Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. - Identify and highlight potential risks, irregularities, documentation gaps, or process issues to the Relationship Manager or team lead. - Support preparation of proposals and credit-related documentation based on customer, financial, business, and industry analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of banking/financial products and compliance processes is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (CA/MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking/financial services sector is a plus.
