Greif is hiring for the role of Workday & HRIS Integrations Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Serve as the technical resource for Workday integrations, defining enterprise integration architecture, governance, and technical standards.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions supporting Workday and connected enterprise applications.
- Design, configuration, deployment, testing, and lifecycle management of Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, APIs, and web services.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee delivery through the software development lifecycle
- Provide production support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational governance for HR technology integrations.
- Drive system optimization, emerging technology adoption, reporting strategy, documentation, and audit compliance to continuously improve the global HR technology landscape.
Requirements:
- Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in relevant field and years of on-hands work experience.
- Proven track record of completing multiple Workday integration projects
- Experience supporting global, multi-national HR operations (including the US)
- Ability to work in Eastern Time Zone
