About the Company
Gourav Luminaries pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced SEO/Website Head to strengthen its digital presence and improve the performance, visibility, and usability of its online platforms. The successful candidate will own the website and organic growth strategy while working closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, content, link building, and local search.
- Manage website updates, structure, landing pages, performance, user experience, and conversion-focused improvements.
- Monitor rankings, traffic, indexing, crawl health, and conversions using relevant analytics and SEO tools.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audits, and regular performance reporting.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to deliver measurable organic growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, website management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, analytics, content optimization, and website best practices.
- Ability to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and translate data into clear actions.
- Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Sahibabad, Uttar Pradesh, with a monthly salary of ₹30,000 to ₹35,000.
