About the Company
Gourav Luminaries pvt Ltd is looking for a thoughtful and execution-focused content leader to shape its digital presence, strengthen community engagement, and bring meaningful stories to life across relevant platforms. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and influence how the organisation communicates with its audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the content and digital strategy across social media, web, campaigns, and other audience-facing channels.
- Develop compelling narratives, editorial calendars, campaign concepts, and platform-specific content.
- Lead the end-to-end content process, from ideation and briefing through production, publishing, optimisation, and reporting.
- Build communities by creating conversations, encouraging participation, and translating audience insights into stronger storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creators, designers, and external partners to maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Track content performance, identify trends, and use data to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Report progress, learnings, and recommendations directly to the CEO.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in content, digital marketing, communications, brand storytelling, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content formats, social media strategy, and audience growth.
- Excellent writing, editing, communication, and project management abilities.
- A creative yet commercially aware approach, with the confidence to work hands-on in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, guide collaborators, and deliver high-quality work independently.
This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi, with monthly CTC of ₹60,000–₹70,000.
