GoGrab is hiring for Cluster Manager
About the Company
GoGrab is building reliable, efficient operations across its assigned service clusters. The company is seeking a hands-on Cluster Manager to lead field execution, maintain strong machine availability and coordinate day-to-day activity across Bangalore.
Responsibilities
- Manage, guide and supervise Champs working across the assigned cluster.
- Monitor machine refills, uptime, product availability, collections and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely stock replenishment and uninterrupted operations.
- Identify and resolve on-ground issues while ensuring machines operate smoothly and meet performance targets.
- Work with the central operations team to review dashboards, report key metrics and drive efficiency.
- Ensure effective field coordination and consistent execution of daily activities.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, field sales or team management, preferably in FMCG, vending, retail or a related industry.
- Strong team leadership, field coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse operational dashboards, interpret data and take timely action.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- This is a full-time, in-office role in the Operations department with compensation of ₹25,000 per month.
