About the Role: We are looking for technically strong and passionate candidates to join as Gen AI Training Engineer Interns. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering GenAI training sessions to engineering students and helping them understand practical applications of Generative AI. Roles & Responsibilities: Deliver approximately 6 hours of technical training per day. Teach assigned Generative AI concepts, tools, and applications according to the provided syllabus. Explain concepts clearly through practical examples, demonstrations, and hands-on activities. Conduct coding/practical exercises and help students implement GenAI concepts. Clarify student doubts and provide guidance during training sessions. Complete the assigned syllabus within the specified timeline. Ensure all scheduled topics and practical exercises are covered. Conduct assessments, practice sessions, and evaluations whenever required. Coordinate with the training/project team regarding syllabus progress and session requirements. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and classroom discipline. Eligibility: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent. Final-year students and recent graduates can also apply. Strong interest and knowledge in Generative AI and emerging AI technologies. Candidates with prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience are preferred. Required Skills: Generative AI fundamentals. Prompt Engineering. LLM concepts and applications. AI tools and APIs. Python programming basics. Basic understanding of Machine Learning/AI concepts. Good communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving ability. Preferred Candidate Profile: Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and structured manner. Comfortable conducting hands-on technical sessions. Willingness to travel/relocate based on project requirements. Ability to independently handle classroom sessions.
