Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Strong understanding of payroll operations and end-to-end payroll processing activities.
- Ability to manage payroll data accurately, ensuring compliance with applicable tax and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in handling payroll-related calculations, validations, and reconciliations with attention to detail.
- Capable of supporting payroll execution within consulting-led tax and payroll operate engagements.
- Experience in using general consulting skills to analyze payroll issues and maintain process accuracy.

- Ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
- Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
