About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and dynamic intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. In this role, you will be on the frontlines of our visual storytelling—conceptualizing, creating, and editing short-form and long-form video content designed to engage and grow our community across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. If you live and breathe social media trends, know how to hook an audience in the first three seconds, and have a strong command of mobile or desktop editing software, we'd love to work with you! Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Brainstorm creative, trend-focused short-form video concepts aligned with our brand strategy. Filming & Shooting: Create content and trend reactions. Video Editing: Edit raw footage into crisp, engaging videos using video editing tools, incorporating transitions, captions, sound design, and text overlays. Trend Sourcing: Monitor social media platforms daily to identify emerging audio trends, meme formats, and viral hooks relevant to our niche. Asset Management: Organize, tag, and archive raw video footage and finalized assets in a shared team folder. Performance Tracking: Assist in reviewing video analytics (views, watch time, engagement) to refine future video formats. Requirements & Qualifications: Hands-on experience creating video content for Instagram and YouTube. Proficiency in mobile or desktop video editors. Strong visual storytelling ability. Excellent time management and ability to meet fast-paced content deadlines. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
