Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers across different industries and generate qualified business leads.
- Visit local businesses to meet owners and key decision-makers.
- Present the company's services, conduct demonstrations, and explain relevant solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate the customer onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular progress reports.
- Work toward agreed customer acquisition targets while managing field activities independently.
- Represent Enhance Tech professionally during local business visits and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in outdoor sales, marketing, sales, or business development is preferred; relevant experience from other industries is welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting business owners, presenting services, and generating leads.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain simple customer records.
- Willingness to travel locally and work independently in a field-based role.
- Availability for full-time, in-person work in Ernakulam, Kerala.
The role offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000 along with performance incentives. Food is provided, and the position includes travel allowance and mobile expense reimbursement. Candidates should submit an updated CV with their experience, current location, and availability.
