About the Company
EducoHire is seeking an IT Support & Implementation Manager to strengthen technology operations and support reliable implementation of IT solutions. The role will work closely with internal teams, users, and implementation stakeholders to ensure systems are deployed effectively and supported throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT support operations and ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, and user issues.
- Coordinate the implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout of technology systems across relevant teams.
- Track incidents, service requests, implementation milestones, and recurring issues through appropriate documentation.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and maintain service quality.
- Prepare status updates, identify process improvements, and help establish practical IT support procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT support, systems implementation, technical operations, or a related area.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple support priorities while meeting implementation timelines.
- Comfort working onsite in Surat, Gujarat, in a full-time capacity.
