Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions. Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidate pipelines. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the offer process. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on campus hiring progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Stay updated on emerging trends in campus recruitment and talent acquisition. Assist in onboarding new hires and integrating them into the company culture.
