Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with basic assembly, kitting and boxing tasks
- Follow SOPs, visual aids and supervisor direction
- Keep work area tidy and comply with safety/ESD rules
- Ask questions and learn from mentors to build skills
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 months of related experience
- Interest in production/assembly and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and ask for guidance when needed
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness and documentation basics and positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
