Corporate Professionals is hiring for the role of Business Analyst - Tech Background!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with QA teams and support UAT, including test scenarios and defect clarification.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and business insights, and prepare reports and dashboards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills; good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge; familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role.
