Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare positions, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Understand hiring requirements across nursing, allied health, and clinical roles, and present suitable candidates to stakeholders.
- Conduct initial assessments, maintain accurate candidate records, and coordinate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Work toward recruitment targets while delivering a professional candidate experience and supporting the night-shift staffing operation.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment or a closely related recruitment function.
- Hands-on understanding of healthcare staffing requirements, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and collaborate with recruitment teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kondapur, Hyderabad, during the night shift.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in the recruitment and staffing industry, offering compensation of ₹3–7 LPA based on experience and skills.
