Cargill is hiring for the role of Trade Execution Coordinator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Vendor payment & reconcile account statement & prepare/update relevant trackers. - Vessel Screening, setting up of vessel in ERP & OpenText. - Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to verify and comply with all requirements for Vendor Payments. - Prepare Monthly data of activities handled for PowerBI Dashboard. - Maintain files for import and export documents to ensure clean Internal/External Audits. - Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. - Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. - The role: This role will support US and Canada in trade execution activities, the shift hours for this position is from 5:30pm - 2:30am IST.
