Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Perform periodic independent checks and evaluations of controls (defined in BNP Paribas Group Risk policies and CIB policies) around the Third-Party Risk Management process. Document findings and escalate gaps between results and expected outcomes.
Governance – Assist in the preparation of materials and organization of meetings across the Global TPRM community to provide updates on monitoring adherence.
Reporting Support – Assist in the preparation of content and data summaries for Senior Management, Risk SME's, Audit, and Regulatory Representatives regarding control execution activities.
Execute the TPRM BAU process including – assisting in the plan, identification, assessment, control, mitigation, testing, validation, and monitoring of third-party risks.
Collaborate with the TPRM SSC Operations team to track BAU processes and ensure the timely completion of TPRM monitoring requirements across CIB global contracts.
Reporting – Assist in the preparation of required management and regulatory reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree at minimum
General Risk management and Controls management awareness.
Foundational knowledge of Internal Controls Testing/Internal Audit.
Understanding of Third-Party Risk Management including Inherent and Residual Risks.
Familiarity with Outsourcing Governance and Ongoing Monitoring.
Basic familiarity with Outsourcing Regulatory Requirements.
Proficiency in Computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
