About the Event :
CONCEPTIA '26 is a flagship one-day ideathon hosted by the ARMS Club at BMSIT&M. Teams will clear competitive screening rounds—featuring a robotics quiz, live pitching, and exciting surprise twist rounds—to reach the Ideathon Finals, where they will solve real-world industry problem statements.

- 1st Place: ₹7,000

Rounds & Timelines:
- Round 1: Robotics Quiz (9:30 AM – 10:00 AM)On-screen, team-based objective quiz on robotics fundamentals. Top teams advance.
- Round 2: Pitching Round (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)Chit-based question selection followed by a short live idea pitch to judges.
- Mid-Event: Surprise Opportunities (Throughout the Day)Surprise challenges and secondary routes to keep teams engaged and on their toes.
- Round 3: Ideathon Finals (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)Pick 1 of 5 industry problem statements. 2h 45m prep time, followed by a strict 3-minute pitch + 2-minute Q&A.
General Rules:
- Each team must consist of 3-4 members, and teams cannot be altered once registered.
- Participants must carry their college ID and report before the registration deadline.
- Timings for every round are strictly enforced; teams not present when called forfeit their turn.
- Any form of plagiarism or use of pre-prepared solutions leads to immediate disqualification.
- Participants are expected to remain courteous to organizers, judges and other teams throughout the day.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule if required.
