Description We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing Intern to help grow Aureon's digital presence and user community. You will work closely with the founding team on content creation, social media strategy, product launches, branding, community engagement, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating impactful content, analyzing performance, and experimenting with growth strategies in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute social media content across multiple platforms. Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and marketing copy. Assist in product launch campaigns and promotional activities. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Help build and engage online communities on Discord, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. Coordinate with design and development teams for campaign execution. Support SEO, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives. Brainstorm creative ideas to increase brand awareness and user acquisition. Maintain consistency with Aureon's brand identity across all marketing materials. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar design tools is a plus. Basic knowledge of analytics tools and SEO is preferred. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Passion for startups, technology, and AI products. Internship Details Duration: 3 Months Mode: Remote Commitment: Minimum 25 hours per week Stipend: Performance-based incentives of up to ₹3,000/month , starting from the second month . Certificate: Internship Completion Certificate upon successful completion. PPO Opportunity: High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time or extended internship opportunities.
