Responsibilities Identify, research, and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers across relevant product categories. Source products, components, materials, and services based on company requirements. Request and compare quotations from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, warranties, and other commercial terms. Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, reliability, lead time, and service capabilities. Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, order placement, dispatch, and delivery. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers without compromising quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, vendor management, or sourcing. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply. Strong vendor sourcing and supplier evaluation skills and good negotiation and communication skills. Strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely procurement and deliveries. Good understanding of costing, margins, payment terms, and purchase processes. Ability to research and identify new suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
