About the Role
Aloden Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for the role of Healthcare Recruiter (US Staffing). In this role, you will source, screen, and submit US healthcare professionals for open positions, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Complete training in US healthcare recruitment is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen US healthcare professionals through job portals, databases, and professional networks
- Make quality candidate submissions that match client requirements
- Coordinate with the internal team to close openings smoothly
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to submission, follow-up, and onboarding support
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Achieve assigned hiring targets
Eligibility and Requirements
- Education: Any graduate
- Communication: Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
- Shift: Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US hours
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
- Attitude: Eagerness to learn, a drive to grow, and a target-oriented mindset
