About the Company 360 Ghar is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Video Editor and AI Content Creator Intern to join our team. We specialize in real estate branding and founder profile building, creating compelling visual content that captivates audiences and elevates our brand presence. Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality video content for real estate branding, founder profiles, and various marketing initiatives. Utilize AI tools and platforms to generate innovative content ideas and enhance existing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards. Ensure all video and AI-generated content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, AI content creation, and real estate marketing. Assist in managing and organizing media assets. Requirements Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Familiarity with AI content generation tools and techniques. A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and creative content creation. Excellent understanding of real estate branding and founder profile building. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Prior experience in real estate or related fields is a plus.
