About the Company
Zynvixs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Exterior Designer to join our team. We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in architectural design, 3D modeling, rendering, and photorealistic visualization. The ideal candidate will contribute to high-quality exterior designs for various architectural projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and modern exterior architectural designs.
- Create detailed 3D exterior models and realistic visualizations.
- Prepare high-quality photorealistic renders of buildings and architectural projects.
- Design building facades, elevations, entrances, balconies, terraces, landscaping, and outdoor areas.
- Develop suitable materials, textures, colors, lighting, and architectural finishes.
- Convert architectural drawings and concepts into accurate 3D models.
- Create day and night exterior renders.
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs and architectural animations when required.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and clients.
- Make design modifications based on project and client requirements.
- Ensure designs are delivered within project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Exterior Design / Architectural Visualization.
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design and building elevations.
- Experience creating photorealistic exterior renders.
- Strong knowledge of materials, facade design, landscaping, and outdoor lighting.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and dimensions.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer is mandatory.
- Familiarity with SketchUp, Blender, Revit, Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior/Exterior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong professional portfolio is highly preferred, showcasing residential exterior projects, villa designs, commercial building exteriors, building facade designs, day & night renders, landscaping projects, and 3D walkthroughs/animations.
