Responsibilities
- Support product operations workflows, documentation, and day-to-day coordination across product and business teams.
- Help maintain product trackers, gather insights, and organize feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with release coordination, process improvement initiatives, research, and preparation of product updates.
- Identify operational gaps and contribute to clear, scalable processes for the AI SaaS product ecosystem.
Requirements
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates interested in product operations.
- Strong organization, communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Comfort with learning new software tools and working collaboratively in a technology-driven environment.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS products, business operations, or product management is valuable.
