- Work closely with the founder and team across growth, research, operations, finance, compliance, customer success and marketing.
- Use AI tools to research, analyse information, automate repetitive work and execute business tasks.
- Take ownership of problems and work independently in a fast-moving AI-native company.
- Growth & Sales
- Research schools and potential customers.
- Build prospect lists using AI.
- Contact prospects through WhatsApp, email and phone.
- Schedule meetings and support demos.
- Follow up with customers and prospects.
- Research & Analysis
- Research markets, competitors and potential opportunities.
- Analyse customer feedback and sales data.
- Prepare reports and presentations using AI.
- Finance & Accounts Operations
- Organise invoices and expense records.
- Prepare payment and receivables reconciliations.
- Check for missing or inconsistent information.
- Prepare data and reports for the CA/accounting team.
- Track recurring payments and documentation.
- Legal & Compliance Operations
- Organise contracts and company documents.
- Use AI to summarise and compare agreements.
- Maintain compliance checklists and deadlines.
- Research regulations and prepare summaries for review by founders/lawyers.
- Track contract renewals and obligations.
- Customer Success & Operations
- Help with customer onboarding and documentation.
- Track customer issues and follow-ups.
- Identify repetitive processes that can be automated.
- Marketing & Content
- Research content topics.
- Use AI to prepare first drafts.
- Help with presentations, website content and campaigns.
- Analyse competitor positioning.
Requirements
- College student or recent graduate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent Hindi and English is a plus.
- Comfortable learning new software quickly.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic business tools.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work across different business functions.
- Able to work independently without constant instructions.
- Previous work experience is not required.
