Opportunity brief
Overview
Prometheus '26 is a product management competition built around one idea: every great product starts as a spark, a user pain nobody has solved yet. Over three stages, participants test their instincts, frame the problem, and then forge a full solution.
There is no stage and no panel to impress in person. The whole competition runs online, so it comes down to the quality of your thinking on paper. Wear your PM hat, take on a real-world product problem, and see how far your fire carries.
Competition Outline:
- Round 1: Spark (Online Quiz) - Do you think like a PM? A 20-minute MCQ quiz covering product management, product strategy, metrics, UX, and tech fundamentals.
- Round 2: Forge (Problem Framing Deck) - Shortlisted teams receive the case statement and submit a 2-slide deck giving a sharp overview of the problem. No solution is expected at this stage.
- Round 3: Flame (Full Solution Deck) - Finalists build on their Round 2 framing and submit a complete, in-depth solution to the same case.
