weYou X is hiring for Human Resources Intern! Responsibilities: Source high-quality candidates through various LinkedIn channels, including the company page, founder's profile, and personal networks. Proactively engage with candidates to build and maintain a consistent pipeline. Conduct initial screening interviews (Round 1) to identify suitable candidates and advance promising profiles to the next stage. Manage and optimize for the company's LinkedIn page and the founder's profile. Requirements: This is an HR internship, ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and social media management within a fast-paced live commerce environment. No prior experience is required, but a strong interest in HR, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with LinkedIn are highly valued. Should be Bengaluru based and Kannada speaking is compulsary.
