Responsibilities of the Intern:

Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and UI Testing for web and mobile applications.
Understand business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Execute manual test cases and document test results.
Identify, report, and track defects using bug-tracking tools such as Jira or ClickUp.
Re-test reported issues after bug fixes.
Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers to understand product functionality.
Assist in preparing test plans, test execution reports, and test summary reports.
Perform basic API Testing using Postman.
Participate in requirement discussions and QA review meetings.
Learn automation testing concepts and tools under the guidance of senior QA professionals.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts.
Basic understanding of:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Smoke Testing
UI Testing
Knowledge of Test Case and Bug Report writing.
Basic understanding of Web and Mobile Applications.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn Automation Testing and modern QA tools.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Final-year students pursuing B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), or equivalent.
Candidates who have completed Software Testing courses or personal QA projects will be preferred.
