Responsibilities of the Intern:

Assist in configuring and implementing software solutions for new clients.
Understand client requirements and translate them into product configurations.
Support product setup, onboarding, and deployment activities.
Coordinate with Development, QA, and Support teams to resolve implementation-related issues.
Prepare implementation documents, user guides, onboarding checklists, and SOPs.
Conduct basic product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training.
Track implementation progress and escalate blockers to senior team members.
Assist clients during Go-Live and provide basic post-implementation support.
Record client feedback and communicate enhancement requests to the Product team.
Ensure implementation tasks are completed accurately and within timelines.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of software products, SaaS applications, or enterprise solutions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and software configuration.
Willingness to work directly with clients and internal teams.
Good documentation and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn product implementation and client success processes

Final-year students pursuing B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Sc. (IT/CS), or any related technical discipline.
Candidates with internship projects, academic software projects, or customer-facing experience will have an added advantage.
Strong willingness to learn and excellent communication skills are essential.
