Optimize app performance – reduce re-renders, manage images, improve load times. Work on OTP login screens. Collaborate on payment UI flows. Document components, setup guides, and learnings. (Nice-to-have) Contribute to a React.js based admin panel or web companion app. What We're Looking For: Must-Have: Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's in CS/IT related field. Basic understanding of React Native (you've built at least one small app – college project counts). Good knowledge of CSS / styling – flexbox, layouts, responsiveness, and visual polish. Familiarity with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, async/await, and components/props. Know how to call REST APIs ( fetch or axios ) and handle loading/error states. Hunger to learn, ask questions, and ship quickly. Self-discipline to work in a remote/flexible setup. Good to Have: Familiarity with Tailwind CSS (NativeWind) or any utility-first CSS framework. Exposure to React.js (web) – even a small personal project. A GitHub profile with mobile or frontend code (college projects, hackathons, or freelance work). Basic understanding of app store deployment (iOS/Android). Eye for UI/UX – you notice when a button is 2px off. What You'll Gain: Real-world startup experience – not coffee-fetching, real coding. Mentorship from industry veterans – the founders have built and scaled companies. Portfolio-ready work – your code will be in production (App Store + Play Store). Path to full-time – high performers get a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer). Learn the latest mobile stack – no outdated tech, no legacy codebases. Remote-first culture – no commute, no forced timings. Build something visually delightful – you'll own the look and feel of the app. Work Timings & Mode (We're Flexible!): We understand you may be a student, freelancer, or someone juggling multiple commitments. That's why we offer: Flexible Working Hours – No 9-to-9 grind. Work when you're most productive. Just sync up during core collaboration hours and meet weekly goals. Remote First – Work from home, a café, or a co-working space. As long as you have a stable internet connection, you're good. Hybrid Option – If you're in the same locality and prefer occasional in-person sessions (brainstorming, whiteboarding, or just chai), you're welcome. Async Culture – We document everything. Meetings are minimal and scheduled with notice. "We care about what you ship, not how many hours you sit at a desk." Commitment to Inclusivity & Equal Opportunity: We are deeply committed to building an inclusive workplace where individuals from all walks of life feel a true sense of belonging. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. All applicants are treated fairly and evaluated solely on talent, merit, and a passion for brand-building excellence—without regard to race, age, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
