Job Description
Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Amazon DSP Operations Team and looking for experienced professionals in Hiring & Onboarding, Recruitment, and Payroll Operations.
Candidates must have hands-on experience working with Amazon DSP operations and should be comfortable working independently from home during US night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle driver recruitment, screening, and selection.
- Manage driver onboarding through the Amazon Portal.
- Coordinate background checks and drug testing.
- Handle ADP, I-9, and E-Verify processes.
- Manage ATS and candidate records.
- Process employee timecards and payroll.
- Maintain attendance, PTO, and bonus records.
- Handle payroll adjustments and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on Amazon DSP experience.
- Experience in Hiring & Onboarding, Recruitment, or Payroll Operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon DSP processes and portals.
- Familiarity with ADP, I-9, E-Verify, and ATS.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to work US night shifts.
