About the Company
VOICE OF THE WILD is seeking enthusiastic student coordinators to support hackathon initiatives spanning more than 14 engineering domains. The internship provides students and freshers with practical exposure to technology communities, participant engagement, event operations, and innovation-focused programs in a collaborative remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with participants, mentors, speakers, and organizing teams throughout hackathon activities.
- Assist with registrations, participant communication, schedules, reminders, and event updates.
- Engage with student and engineering communities to support hackathon outreach and participation.
- Track questions, coordinate responses, and help resolve participant issues promptly.
- Support the team with event documentation, coordination records, feedback collection, and updates regarding on-site arrangements when available.
- Collaborate remotely with the organizing team to help deliver smooth and well-managed hackathon experiences.
Requirements
- Open to college students and freshers from engineering backgrounds across diverse domains.
- No prior professional experience is required.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and coordination abilities.
- Comfort with remote collaboration and digital communication tools.
- Interest in hackathons, technology, student communities, or innovation programs is preferred.
- This is a 24-week paid internship with a monthly stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
