SafeScroll is building an AI-powered platform that helps people have a healthier and safer relationship with social media. We're looking for a creative, proactive, social-media-native intern to help us build our brand and grow our social presence.
What you'll do:
- Create Reels, Stories, carousels, memes and static posts
- Find creative content opportunities from existing videos, screenshots, UGC and content libraries
- Turn ideas and raw footage into engaging short-form videos
- Stay on top of Instagram trends, viral formats, memes, sounds and creator content
- Write hooks, captions and CTAs that make people stop scrolling
- Help manage our content calendar and day-to-day social media
- Engage with comments and DMs and build our community
- Track views, reach, shares, saves and engagement
- Experiment with new content formats and learn what works
- Occasionally support weekend social media activity when required
What we're looking for:
- You genuinely understand Instagram and short-form content
- You know trends, memes and internet culture
- You have a good eye for storytelling
- You're creative, curious and proactive
- You can write good hooks and captions
- You can work independently and meet deadlines
- You're willing to experiment instead of simply copying what everyone else is doing
Bonus points
- You have your own Instagram/creator page
- You already make Reels or other content
- You have a content portfolio
- You can spot trends early
- You can turn an ordinary idea into something people actually want to watch
