UAV Competition
About the Competition
The UAV Competition challenges teams to design, build, and fly an unmanned aerial vehicle to complete designated mission tasks such as payload delivery, aerial mapping, or navigation through a course.
Eligibility
- Open to all engineering students. - Each team must consist of 3–6 members. - Participation in the mandatory safety briefing is required before flight rounds.
Format
- Teams will first undergo technical inspection. - Qualified teams will participate in timed flight rounds. -
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Mission completion - Flight stability - Design documentation
Process
- Register as a team of 3–6 engineering students. - Prepare the UAV and required design documentation. - Attend the mandatory safety briefing. - Submit the UAV for technical inspection. - Participate in the timed flight round. - Complete the assigned mission tasks. - Final results will be based on the judging criteria.
Rules
- Only eligible engineering students may participate. - The mandatory safety briefing must be attended before flight rounds. - Participants must complete registration before the deadline. - A valid college ID card is mandatory. - Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the event. - Safety and event instructions must be followed during flight rounds. - The judges' decision will be final and binding.
