Responsibilities of the Candidate: Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers. Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, sequencing, and performance tracking. Execute LinkedIn marketing initiatives, including profile-based outreach and content support. Assist in planning and optimizing email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and conversions. Maintain and update lead databases with accuracy and relevance. Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports and insights. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies. Work Structure: On-the-job exposure through active involvement in marketing tasks. Continuous guidance from the team lead while working on live requirements. Performance-based confirmation after the training period.
