Roles & Responsibilities 1. Build AI & Automation Solutions for HR Identify repetitive, manual, and operational HR processes across the employee lifecycle. Design and deploy AI-led solutions to reduce administrative effort and improve speed and accuracy. Develop prototypes, bots, copilots, and workflow automations for HR teams. Create use cases across recruitment, onboarding, PMS, learning, rewards, employee services, and HR operations. 2. Develop HR Digital Products & Platforms Build and pilot internal HR platforms and intelligent tools. Support creation of: Skill Intelligence Platform Talent Marketplace / Internal Mobility Engine Learning Recommendation Engine Career Architecture & Skills Repository HR Knowledge Assistant / HR Agent Workforce Insights Dashboard 3. Design AI Agents for Employee & Manager Experience Develop AI agents to automate employee queries and HR transactions. Create manager self-service solutions and decision-support tools. Improve employee experience through conversational interfaces. 4. Talent Intelligence & Analytics Map skills across roles and create skills taxonomy frameworks. Build data models and dashboards for workforce planning and capability insights. Generate predictive insights for talent decisions. 5. Innovation & Change Enablement Benchmark emerging AI applications in HR. Conduct pilots and document business impact. Prepare leadership updates and transformation roadmaps. Expected Outcomes Reduce HR operational effort through automation initiatives. Launch at least 2–3 working HR AI solutions or MVPs. Build foundational capability for a Skill Intelligence ecosystem. Improve employee and manager experience through self-service and intelligent workflows. Required Key Skills and Attributes AI tools (OpenAI, Copilot, Claude, or equivalent) Workflow automation (Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n) Data & analytics (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) Python (preferred) Prompt engineering and experimentation Design thinking and problem-solving
