Responsibilities Collaborate with the development team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our website. Design wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders. Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing. Requirements We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for user-centered design. While specific experience years are not mandatory, a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and understanding of UI/UX principles is essential. Candidates should be eager to learn and contribute to a real-world project. Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are also important.
